Five Passive Income Sources to Build Wealth
Introduction to Five Passive Income
Sharing personal Experience:
Over the last 30 days, I made over $145,000 using something that I consider a passive income source. I say this because I genuinely spend almost 0 of my time working, and I was just traveling and spending time with my family.
The only reason I’ve been able to do this is because I’ve been building these Passive Income sources for the last few years.
Understanding Passive Income
These passive income sources did require a lot of hard work in the beginning, but now they’re passive, So it’s not entirely passive from the start. This will be hard to set up, but once you have it, you’ll be very grateful that you did the hard work. And look, I understand that 99% of the people don’t really want to do the hard work, and it’s hard for them.
Target Audience
So I’m speaking to 1% of you who didn’t get fry your brain on TikTok and can actually focus on this long-form video because you’re the only one who will actually have the time and energy to do this. In this blog, I’m going to talk about five different passive income sources I’m using right now that you can copy for yourself. These are some of the best passive income sources because they’re easy to start and don’t require previous experience.
Passive Income Source 1:
AI Tools with Recurring Affiliate Commissions
Number one are AI tools with recurring affiliate commissions. So there’s this platform called “There is an AI for That,” and they have over 33,000 different AI tools and software companies. So what I do is I just go here, find a company that I like, and I just look for their affiliate program.
Promoting Software
What I personally like to do is I start with a software, promote it until it gets to $1,000 a month, and then I move to the next one as this continues to pay me every single month because it’s recurring. So you just go over there, find a software, for example, for me that was Story Short.
- In this case, I just click on the affiliate program, join, and start promoting.
- And then I move on to the next one.
- For example, if that was VidIQ, we’ve done $16,000 in the last 30 days.
- The last 12 months is $14.
- And that’s actually how most of the beginners inside of the online business club are making money when they start off.
- They use affiliate links from different software companies.
Passive Income Source 2:
Faceless YouTube Automation
Number two, we have faceless YouTube automation, and actually, some of the members of the online business club are doing over $1,000 per video just from ad revenue, which is pretty cool to see. But then this channel over YouTube, is getting sometimes millions of views on the AI cat videos.
- This is just an example of a faceless channel.
- And here’s another one over here that started out pretty recently.
- Yet some of their videos now have over 300,000 views.
- Even though they started 1 month ago, literally in 30 days.
Creating Storytelling YouTube Channels
So basically, you can go to Grok.com, you can enter this prompt, which is to start a storytelling YouTube channel, then paste in this prompt where you tell it what are the names of these characters that you’re going to have in your videos, and then just tell it to create scenes for one of those scenarios.
- Then I usually just go to Leonardo AI, which is this free AI tool that allows me to turn text from Chad GPT into actual images.
- So I go to image creation on the left side.
- Copy the scene, for example.
- Select model to be Phoenix one, which is the first one over here.
- Paste the prompt here, and click generate.
- And then it generates one of these images.
- And then I just need to select one of these cuties and just click download.
Animating Images
Then I just go to Kling AI, then I select image to video, and I just upload that image from Leonardo, and then it creates the animation out of that so that it’s actually moving and it kind of comes to life.

Passive Income Source 3:
School Communities
Number three, People make passive income from School, which are communities’ digital products. For example, There they are selling this for $25 a month. There’s 84,000 members inside, If you go to School Games over here, you can see who’s actually making money in different niches.
Examples of Successful Communities
If you select the health category, for example, if you were to start a health community, there’s a lady, for example, doing $50,000 a month, and you can check out exactly what she’s doing over here and what she’s teaching. And you can also see others doing it also in the health category.
- There’s spirituality, for example, A person doing $29,000 a month.
- There’s the money niche over here.
- One guy is doing $189,000 a month from his School community.
Passive Nature of School Communities
So this is mostly passive income as you build it once, and it kind of runs on autopilot. And then some of these people really don’t even get many views on social media, but yeah, A guy’s $189,000 a month, but his YouTube channel has 4,000 subscribers, so he’s not really famous, but he is making money off of it.
Passive Income Source 4:
Airbnb
Number four is Airbnb. You use income from digital products to then purchase properties around the world, and as we rent them, that yields passive income.
Managing Properties
Even though it is much harder than digital products, it is something that is literally passive because I don’t necessarily have to be in any of these properties as there’s an agency that does it for like 20% commission, and then just collect 80%.
- Next up, I have TapMob app that I promote offers from.
- This is a CPA network where you get paid to collect emails.
- And with this one, we’re doing about $10,000 every 3 months.
- Where essentially you just collect different offers from here.
- And then you use social media like Pinterest, Instagram reels to promote different offers.
- And then kind of collect passive income over time.
- Though you need a lot of traffic in order to get some traction with this app.
Passive Income Source 5:
TapMob App
And the least paying passive income source I have is Teemu affiliate program, where we’re constantly getting some commissions as when you refer someone, as long as they keep purchasing something from this Teemu platform, just like Chinese Amazon, you keep getting 20% commissions, and you also get paid when they download the app as well. So it’s relatively passive, but it’s not a lot.
